REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical Degree or Diploma or a minimum 2 years work experience in a medical, paramedic or medical research role. Previous clinical trial experience is a plus.
- Customer-facing experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of chronic illnesses and medications
- Neutral English accent and professional telephone manner
- Good listening skills, empathy and sensitivity in patient interactions
- High level of computer literacy
- Clear criminal record, acceptable credit profile and good references
- Willingness to work USA Central Standard Time hours
