1. Chief Executive Officer (Five‑Year Fixed Contract)
- Location: Pretoria (Ref: SAS HO09/02/25‑01)
- Salary: R 2 259 984 – R 2 545 854 p.a. + 10 % HoD allowance
REQUIREMENTS:
- NQF Level 7 (undergrad) + NQF Level 8 (postgrad), certified via SAQA
- SMS Pre‑entry (“Nyukela”) certificate
- Not less than 10 years of senior management experience (3 in a public entity under PFMA)
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial & change‑management skills
2. Regional Executive Manager × 5 (Permanent Positions)
- Locations: Mpumalanga, Western Cape, Limpopo, Free State, Northern Cape
- Salary: R 1 741 770 – R 1 962 090 p.a.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NQF 7 + NQF 8 qualifications + SMS Pre‑entry
- Not less than 8 years in senior management
- Strong skills in financial & project management, governance
3. Department Coordinator: Grants Operations (Head Office, Pretoria)
- Salary: R 376 413 – R 443 403 p.a.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NQF 6/7 undergraduate qualification
- 2–3 years of admin experience
- Computer literacy + valid driver’s license
