Esayidi offers a wide variety of programs, including:
- NCV Programmes (from Grades 9–12 entry): Hospitality, IT, Engineering, Business, Agriculture, Office Admin
- NATED National Diplomas (N1–N6 level): Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering; Business Management; Financial Management; Public Management
- Skills and Artisan Training: Welding, Plumbing, Carpentry, Motor Mechanics, Cosmetology, etc.

Choose the campus offering your preferred program: Port Shepstone, Gamalakhe, Enyenyezi, Kokstad, Umzimkhulu, or Clydesdale.
CHECK ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- For NCV: Minimum Grade 9; some engineering streams need maths not less than 50%
- For NATED diplomas: Grade 12 or equivalent; sometimes specific subjects required
How to apply to Esayidi TVET College
All applicants must complete the online application form. Follow the instructions below;

- You should complete three steps when entering the Application System, including;
- Career Guidance & Profiling
- Pre-entry Placement Assessment (COMPULSORY)
- Submit the full application and upload documents in PDF
- Documents to be uploaded are:
- ID/Guardian
- ID/Proof of residence and
- Lastest results

- You will be asked to select a campus. Follow the prompt till completion.
- You will need an Email and SA ID (passport for international applicants)

Required Documents for The Application Process
Ensure certified (max 3 months old) PDFs of:
- South African ID or passport
- Latest school results (Grade 9, 11, or Grade 12 certificate)
- Parent/guardian ID copy (if underage)
- Proof of residence (Photo, if required)
Note that missing documents can delay application processing.
Pay Application (If Applicable)
First Trimester (January – March applications):
For most general courses at Esayidi TVET College, you do NOT need to pay an application fee when applying for the first trimester of the academic year. The application is usually free.
Second Trimester or Specific Programs:
If you are applying for:
- A second-semester intake (usually mid-year),
- A second or third trimester course (especially for Engineering or NATED courses), or
- A specialised program,
Then you may be required to pay an application fee, which can be:
- R150 – R250 for South African applicants
- R300 or more for international applicants
But not every course requires this. Esayidi usually states clearly on the application portal if a payment is needed.
Registration Process
The registration process doesn’t require much from you, apart from the following.
Once you are accepted into Esayidi TVET College;
- Pay any registration fees
- Register for modules
- Attend orientation
- Access your student portal and class timetable
- Apply for NSFAS or bursaries if eligible
